This policy applies to all vendors and business associates representing the vendors. Vendors in violation of any of the codes of conduct will be removed from the market immediately and will not be allowed to return for future events for either a permanent or temporary suspension.
We may take legal action in cases of corruption, theft, embezzlement or other unlawful behavior.

Important Instructions:
Set up officially begins at 9am (1pm for Evening Market dates). Getting there earlier is fine as long as you know I won't be ready yet and may not be available to help. We usually arrive at 8am and vendors are not allowed to set up before we get there.
Please do not set up your tent or tables while your car is parked in the market area. Driving to your space is for unloading only.
All vehicles will need to be out of the market area by 10:30am (2:30pm for Evening Market dates) because I need a little bit of time to finish prepping. Please arrive in time to unload and have your car out of the market area by 10:30am (2:30pm for Evening Market dates).
Vendors are able to park anywhere in the shopping center, but please do not park at the Methodist church. Please leave closer parking available for shoppers.
Please leave parking behind the "A" row spaces open unless you are a vendor in an "A" row space.
We need to keep roads around the market clear. Please do not park on the curbs around the market so we can avoid traffic issues, especially with the Kroger delivery trucks.
Please plan to stay with us and set up until 4:00pm (7pm for Evening Market dates) out of respect for the other vendors, the shoppers and the market. When vendors pack up early, shoppers leave thinking we are getting ready to close and this could affect sales for the vendors around you. If you sell out of inventory, please plan to have advertising materials to pass out.
We are going to wait until 4:15 (7:15pm for Evening Market dates) to allow cars back in the market.
Driving in the market area when there are still shoppers is not allowed. Please do not remove the cones from the entrances. I will do that when we are ready for cars to drive in. Please keep this in mind when packing up. Please pack up first, before you get your car, so loading goes quickly and you can get out of the way faster for the other vendors to pack up. If you see a lot of vehicles in the area, please allow them to clear out before you pull in so we don't have a massive traffic jam.
Masks are at your discretion and no longer required. We do ask that all vendors have hand sanitizer in their booth as a precaution.
A canopy tent is not required, but if you do set up a tent, you must have at 30lbs on each leg to keep it from blowing over. Canopy tents that do not have sufficient weights will need to be taken down.
We are a pet friendly market and if you do not wish to have pets in your booth space, please display signage letting shoppers know.
We are a kid friendly market, but if your kids attend with you, please make sure they are not interrupting the sales for the other vendors. Children should be with an adult at all times and are not allowed to shop the market alone.
We are a no smoking/vaping market and ask vendors to refrain from smoking/vaping in the market area during set up, market times and tear down.
Restrooms are located in Kroger and they know we will be in to use them. Gentlemen...please do not use the woods next to or behind the market for bathroom activities. First off, you could get in trouble. Second, it sends a yucky message to other vendors and shoppers, I mean...where exactly is the hand washing happening? Third, you make the market look tacky. Fourth, if caught by RSM staff, you will not be allowed to attend the market again. This is not a playground or camp site...please for the love of all things sanitary...use the restrooms INSIDE Kroger. No excuses will be accepted.
Music played in your area must not use vulgar/profane language, be PG in content and not disturb your neighbors. Volume must not disturb the vendors around you.
Should we have rain in the forecast, we follow a 50/50 policy. 50% or greater chance of rain for 50% or more of the market. This is a guide and we take each weekend's circumstances into consideration. The call to reschedule would be made Sunday morning by 6am (10am for Evening Market dates).
If we get rain and you choose to leave, vehicles are not allowed to drive in the market area and credit is not issued.
Please feel free to call or text Mary anytime, but especially on Sunday if you have questions or need to let me know you are running late.

Done with the ugly business!
Thank you for joining our market. We can't have a market without the vendors and we are so lucky to have all of you with us!
