	Vendor/Business Representative warrants that they are authorized to enter into this contract with Rayford Sunday Market (RSM) and agrees to indemnify RSM, Sponsors and Partners against all claims, damages, demands or liability whatsoever arising out of or in any way caused by or connected with the event for all dates you attend at any point. 	Booth space is not reserved until payment is received. RSM will issue credits up to 14 days prior to the event date selected. Schedule changes with less than 14 days notice will have a $25 change fee. All schedule change requests must be submitted online at www.rayfordsundaymarket.com/rsm_schedule_change_request.html Agree

	There are no refunds issued for any reason Agree

	FFH/RSM reserves the right to discontinue its relationship with any vendor, business at any time for any reason. Agree

	Rayford Sunday Market reserves the right as it sees fit to change the website and social media page. Agree

	Registration is legally binding contract by delivery of mail, text, fax (facsimile transmission), telephone or email and take effect once your invoice is paid. Agree
